Ernest Johnson is co-founder of Ubuntu Village. He has a passion and energy for advocacy and volunteerism that spans a period of 10 years. He has traveled around the country speaking on navigating the criminal justice system, family engagement, and leadership building. He is a recipient of the National Juvenile Justice Beth Arnovists Gutsy Advocate for Youth award.
Pam Broom is an experienced nonprofit administration professional specializing in project planning, implementation, evaluation, research, and grant writing. She is proficient in community development consulting locally, regionally, and nationally with a focus on intergenerational connectedness. She is the 7th Ward Revitalization Project Manager & FARMacia Wellness Hub Director at New Corp.
Julianna Padgett has served in faculty and administrative roles in social work programs, most recently as Director of the MSW Program at SUNO. She has skills in facilitation, training, writing/editing, program/organizational policy development and program management. A native New Orleanian, Dr. Padgett sustains a strong connection to the community and has had a longtime interest in participatory and conflict resolution methods.

Marie-Isabelle Pautz: Training, Consulting, and Facilitation
Marie-Isabelle Pautz has been providing Restorative Justice, Trauma Informed Care, and Program Design to communities since 2004. Marie-Isabelle has offered Restorative, Trauma Informed, and Organizational/Program Development services in a variety of settings including: school communities, criminal justice systems, food justice projects, ending homelessness agencies, sports organizations, neighborhoods, and intercultural projects. She has facilitated hundreds of Restorative Justice cases including referrals to address family conflict, neighborhood conflict, theft, assault, sexual assault, sexual harassment, burglary, fighting, organizational conflict, divorce, and workplace bullying.
