• Referrals from  DA's offices as a diversion to the criminal legal system have included:  vandalism, theft,  bomb threats
• Pre-Referral Alternatives to the Criminal Legal System  referrals have included:   neighborhood conflict, burglary, theft,  threats,  sexual assault, and assault 
• Facilitation of processes for Re-entry 
• Orleans Parish Teen Court Program Development and Implementation 
• Workshops for youth and staff in secure care facilities 
• Design and implementation of  Restorative Justice Programming  including Diversion Program Development and Implementation 
• Staff Trainings in  Restorative Justice, Communication, Motivational Interviewing, Deescalation, and Trauma Informed Care
• Modeling and Coaching for persons providing direct services ... to both people responsible for harm, people who have experienced incarceration, and survivors of harm (Probation, Parole, Case Managers, Victim Assistance, Corrections, etc. )
